ASG was delighted to once again support and attend the Irish Aviation Students Association (IASA) Careers Expo, which took place in the iconic Croke Park stadium in Dublin. This event brought together aspiring pilots and aviation professionals from across Ireland and beyond for a day of inspiration, networking, and opportunity.

This year, ASG was proudly represented by two of our distinguished alumni, Kamal Orlando and Anna Beykova, both of whom are now operational airline pilots. Their presence was a source of great pride for us, showcasing the success of our graduates and providing current students with first-hand insights into the journey from training to the flight deck.
A Decade of Support for IASA
Our relationship with IASA is one we value greatly. ASG attended the very first IASA expo over ten years ago, and since then we have remained committed to supporting the next generation of aviation professionals. This year, we were honoured to continue that tradition by sponsoring two fully funded scholarships (PPL & ATPL theory courses) exclusively for IASA members.
These scholarships represent our dedication to reducing barriers for aspiring pilots and ensuring that talent, passion, and determination are rewarded with tangible opportunities.
Keynote Inspiration from Kamal Orlando
One of the highlights of the day was the keynote address delivered by Kamal Orlando, who shared his personal journey and provided motivational advice for those pursuing careers in aviation. His words served as a reminder of the resilience, determination, and dedication required to succeed as a pilot, and they left a lasting impression on the audience.
A Fantastic Day for Irish Aviation
The IASA Careers Expo continues to be a flagship event for aspiring pilots and aviation professionals. For ASG, it was a fantastic opportunity to engage with future aviators, celebrate the achievements of our alumni, and demonstrate our long-standing support of the association and its members.
